Guestpost.club
Full company details will be published here before launch.
These terms govern the use of Guestpost.club and every purchase made on it. Guestpost.club is operated by Guestpost.club ("we", "us"), whose details appear at the top of this page.
By creating an account or placing an order you accept these terms and our Privacy policy. If you use Guestpost.club on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it, and "you" means that company.
1.How Guestpost.club works
Guestpost.club sells publication of articles (guest posts), article writing and related services on third-party websites. We act as the seller, not as a marketplace: we set the price, we invoice you for the full amount and we pay the publishers and agencies ourselves.
Your contract is with us only. Publishers, agencies and writers are our suppliers; they never see your identity or the price you paid, and you have no contract with them. Do not contact them to change an order or to buy outside the platform; disputes go through us.
Publishers, agencies and writers who work with us are bound by separate agreements. These terms cover customers.
2.Your account
You must be at least 18 years old and give accurate information, including your company and tax details. You must confirm your email address before you can save a tax profile or buy.
Keep your sign-in details secure. Members you invite to your team act on your behalf: their orders, payments and approvals bind your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account until you tell us it has been compromised.
3.The catalog and site data
Every metric shown for a site (authority scores, traffic, countries and similar) comes from a named source and carries the date it was measured. Metrics are third-party estimates, they change over time and they are not a promise.
We do not promise rankings, traffic, indexing by search engines or any other search result. What we sell is the publication described on the site page and frozen in your order.
Some sites are listed without their domain name. You see the real domain on your order once you have bought.
4.Prices, VAT and payment
Prices are in euros and exclude VAT. VAT is added according to the tax profile in your account: for example, an EU business with a VAT number confirmed by the EU VIES service is invoiced under the reverse-charge rule. You must keep your tax profile accurate.
Payments are processed by Stripe. You can pay by card or the other methods Stripe offers, from your wallet, or with both. An order exists only once Stripe confirms the payment; with delayed methods such as SEPA Direct Debit the order waits until the payment is confirmed.
Promotions, pack discounts and coupons do not add up: when more than one would apply, you get the larger one and we show you which. A receipt is issued for every payment and refund and is available under Documents.
When you place an order we keep a copy of the conditions you bought (price, options, deadlines, link type, validity, number of links, word limits and the site's guidelines). Later changes to the catalog never change an existing order.
5.Wallet
The wallet holds prepaid credit that can only be spent on Guestpost.club.
- Top-ups start at €100 and are paid through Stripe. VAT is charged on the top-up, so orders later paid from the wallet carry no further VAT.
- Bonus credit may be added to larger top-ups at the rates shown when you top up. Bonus credit is used after your paid credit, cannot be refunded and has no cash value.
- Credit cannot be withdrawn as cash, transferred to another account or go below zero.
- Refunds of orders are always made to your wallet, never back to your card. Each part returns with its original nature: paid credit as paid credit, bonus as bonus, card payments as paid credit.
- Unspent paid credit from top-ups can be refunded to the original payment method on request.
- Credit expires after 24 months without any top-up or purchase on your account. Expiry is recorded in your wallet history.
6.Orders and your materials
After payment you provide what each order line needs: your article, or a brief if writing is included, plus anchor texts, target URLs and any notes. The publisher's acceptance deadline starts only once these are complete.
If you never send materials, the line simply waits for you: it does not expire and is not refunded. While no materials have been sent you can cancel a publication-only line for a full refund to your wallet. A line that includes writing cannot be cancelled once a writer has been assigned.
If a site publishes links as nofollow or marks them as sponsored, you confirm before buying that you understand this.
7.Your content and links
You are responsible for the articles, briefs, images, anchors and target URLs you provide and for the websites you link to. You confirm that you hold the rights to them and that they are lawful. In particular they must not:
- infringe copyright, trademarks or other rights of anyone else;
- be defamatory, misleading, hateful or otherwise unlawful;
- promote illegal products or services, or link to malware, phishing or deceptive pages;
- break the guidelines and the sensitive-topic rules of the site you ordered.
You allow us, the publisher and, where writing is included, the writer to use, adapt and publish your content as needed to deliver the order. A publisher may decline content that breaks its guidelines; we may also refuse or remove content that breaks these terms.
8.Writing services
When you order writing (with publication or on its own), a writer prepares a draft from your brief by the writing deadline. You can approve the draft or ask for changes, up to two revision rounds. You have 5 days to review each draft; if you do not respond in time, the draft counts as approved.
Once approved, the article is published on the site you ordered or, for writing on its own, delivered to you to download. When the order is paid and the article approved, you may use the article as you wish.
9.Publication, checks and approval
The publisher must accept your order by the acceptance deadline shown on the order. If it does not, the line is cancelled and refunded in full to your wallet.
If a standard order is not published by the publication deadline, we tell you and decide with you whether to wait, move the order to an equivalent site or refund it to your wallet.
When the publisher submits the URL, we check the page automatically: it must be online, on the ordered domain, contain your link with the agreed anchor and link type, and not be hidden from search engines. If the check fails, the publisher must correct it.
Once the check passes you have 72 hours to approve the publication or open a dispute (for example wrong link or anchor, altered content or wrong site). Without a reply within 72 hours the order is closed as delivered.
10.48-hour express publication
Where a site offers it, express publication costs 20% more. The publisher must accept within 12 hours of your materials being complete, and the 48 hours start when the publisher confirms that your article can be published as submitted.
If no published URL has passed our check by the deadline, the express line is cancelled and its full price is refunded to your wallet. If the publisher still publishes afterwards, the article may stay online at no cost to you.
Express is not available with subscriptions.
11.Subscriptions
A subscription is one article per month on one site at 10% less than the one-off price. Each month a new order line is created, which waits for your materials like any other order.
Your subscription price is locked. If we ever need to change it, we tell you 30 days in advance and you can cancel with one click before the change applies.
Renewals are paid from your wallet if it covers the amount, otherwise by the card on file. If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries for 7 days; after that the subscription is paused and we let you know.
You can cancel at any time from the Subscriptions page; cancellation takes effect at the next renewal and the current month's article follows its normal course. If a month is not delivered because of the publisher, that month is refunded to your wallet and the subscription is paused until you resume it.
12.Packs, promotions and press releases
A pack is a group of sites sold at a combined price. Each site in a pack becomes its own order line and follows these terms. If a site in a pack you bought is no longer available, we offer you an equivalent site; if you decline, that site's share of the pack price is refunded to your wallet.
A press release is one text distributed on several sites; each site is an order line of its own. Promotions run for the period shown and may require a minimum cart.
13.Link lifetime and monitoring
Each site states how long the link stays online: permanent, meaning no planned removal date, or 12 months from publication. Where a site offers a home page link, it lasts for the number of days shown on the site (7 by default).
After closure we check every link regularly: weekly during the first 12 months and monthly after that, for permanent links for as long as Guestpost.club operates. If we confirm that a page has gone, the link was removed or its type was changed, we tell you and choose a remedy: we ask the publisher to restore it, credit your wallet, or place the article on an equivalent site.
Problems found within 12 months of publication are always remedied. Later problems are remedied at our discretion.
14.Disputes and refunds
If something is wrong with an order, open a dispute from the order page. While a dispute is open the order is not closed. We review the check results and both sides' messages and either close the order, ask the publisher to fix it, or refund it to your wallet. We tell you the outcome.
All order refunds go to your wallet as described in the Wallet section, and every refund of a card-paid amount comes with a refund receipt.
15.If you buy as a consumer
Guestpost.club is made mainly for businesses and professionals. If you buy for purposes outside your trade or profession and live in the European Union, you also have the rights mandatory consumer law gives you, and nothing in these terms limits them.
You may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason by writing to our contact email (published before launch). By sending your materials or asking us to start before the 14 days have passed, you ask us to begin the service early: if you then withdraw, you pay for the part already performed, and once the service has been fully performed you can no longer withdraw. Unspent wallet top-ups can be withdrawn from within 14 days of payment.
16.Our liability
We deliver the services with reasonable care and skill. The websites in the catalog belong to third parties and we do not control their content, availability or how search engines treat them, beyond the remedies these terms give you.
For business customers, our total liability for any order line is limited to the price paid for that line, and we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, rankings or business opportunities. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence, for death or personal injury, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
You will indemnify us against claims by third parties arising from content or links you provided in breach of these terms.
17.Suspension and closing your account
We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, is used fraudulently or puts others at risk. If a payment is reversed through a chargeback, the wallet is frozen and the account is suspended until the case is settled; order lines not yet delivered are cancelled without a refund, and delivered lines stay delivered.
You can ask us at our contact email (published before launch) to close your account at any time. Open orders and remaining wallet credit have to be settled first. We keep receipts and other records the law requires, as explained in the Privacy policy.
18.Changes to these terms
Each version of these terms carries a version number, shown at the top of this page, and we record which version you accepted. If we change them, we tell you in advance by email or in the app and ask you to accept the new version. Orders already placed keep the conditions they were bought with.
19.Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Italian law. For business customers, the courts of the place where Guestpost.club has its registered office have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live and may bring proceedings there.
20.Contact
Questions about these terms: our contact email (published before launch).
